Mark Wilson is Associate Professor of Urban and Regional Planning/Geography at Michigan State University and Associate Director the School of Planning, Design and Construction. His teaching and research interests are based in urban planning and geography, with emphasis on the social context of cyberspace, the role of nonprofit organizations, and the planning and politics of the Olympics and World's Fairs.
