The Wood Lab is a 3,500 sq. ft. facility containing a large assortment of tools for fabrication, including equipment for bending, laminating, turning, and vacuum bag forming. Machinery includes a large radial arm saw, compound miter, panel saw, table saw, band saws, 20” planer, spindle, pneumatic and wide-belt sanders, jointer, shaper, two drill presses, lathe, and complete sets of hand electric and pneumatic power tools and hand tools. In addition to equipment for standard wood manufacturing processes, the Wood Lab also has a 4’ x 6’ Techno CNC three-axis router and a 20” x 32” x 12” vacuum forming tool.
