Course Structure & Topics This course will be conducted in a studio setting in sections with varied contents and formats. Each section will be headed by a different faculty member of the School of Architecture and will offer a different set of themes and projects within the basic outline of the course description.
Course Requirements Student work will consist of in-class or on-site design work and extended research and design work outside of class hours. Assignments will vary from year to year and section to section. A detailed syllabus will be provided to students by each section instructor. Interim reviews and final reviews of projects are required of all students. Deadlines and formats will be given in individual studio meetings. Readings will be assigned to complement the studio projects.
